Goodwill Has My Heart.

I love going to Goodwill in San Marcos. I can spend hours in that store. Going down aisles and finding a new deal excites me. I love piecing together outfits from my inspo boards on Pintrest.

Today I went to Goodwill looking for a midi skirt like one I found at Urban Outfitters for $49. I personally would never pay that for a skirt.

After roaming the aisles and walking through the store, I found the perfect skirt. For $3.99! I couldn’t believe my eyes. I grabbed that skirt as fast as I could and bolted for the dressing room to try it on. It fit!!! I saved myself $45 just by going to my local thrift store.

Not only is Goodwill an awesome way for trendy students like me to save money, You are also giving back to your community So for those reasons, Goodwill will always have my heart.

  1. I Love Love LOVE thrifting! I recently spent a full day thrifting in Austin, I’m sure you’re aware of Flamingos Vintage in the north campus area.

Not only is it a good way to save, its just a fun way to spend your day when you have some free time as well as upcycle old styles and breathe new life into them. #SaveTheEarth! (:

Looking forward to getting all the fashion tips from you!

  2. One thing I love MORE than shopping at the mall is shopping at the thrift store. Thrift stores are definitely the place to build your own style and character, which is the best thing ever because you can always put anything together. :^)

  3. I LOVE thrift shopping and going to Goodwill! I just got into a few years ago and the store has always helped me when it comes to looking for things when I need them at the right moment. Goodwill has gotten expensive over the years but their items have good deals. Thank you for the shopping tips!
